I am an Account Administrator and need to Activate a User

Log into the IDVision Console and on the left hand side click the settings tab. From the pop up, select Manage Users.

You will now be able to see all Merchant Fraud Analysts for your site. Below is an example of an deactivated user:

To Reactivate a user, click on "Activate" and a pop up will appear as follows: 

The users account has now been activated. The user must then re set their password by clicking "Forgot Password", and following the steps to access the IDVision Console.

Please Note: You cannot see another Admin account to edit. If you need an Admin account altered, please contact the support team here.
