How do I Log In?

Here you will be asked to enter your Email and IDVision Console Password. 

There is a ‘Forgot Password’ option at Log In which will give you the opportunity to change your IDVision Console Password if you have misplaced it. However, should you still find issues at Log In, please submit a request here, and a member of our Team will look into it for you.

Once you have logged in, you will already be setup by our Integration Team. Your DV Console will be ready for use at this stage. Here you will be presented with the Order Review Screen. This is where you will see all your order details, for example, what the Trustev Decision was, what factors were used in this decision, and have the option to update the status or any order.
