Our system is designed to allow our Merchants supply us with blacklist and whitelist information. We include this option to allow our system automatically block/allow certain Devices and/or Email Addresses. Blacklist information will block all mentioned Devices and/or Emails, giving the customer a Fail immediately upon return, while our Whitelist will guarantee that regular good customers can continue to have their order completed without being checked for Fraud behaviour.
At any stage in the Integration process, you may forward this information to our Fraud Team, email@example.com, so that once you Go Live we can ensure that these details are set up for your Live environment. This information can be edited, added to, and amended at a later date if required.
