I have logged into the IDVision Console but can't see any Data

After logging into the IDVision Console, click on the search icon on the left hand side of the screen.

This will bring you to the Search transaction screen as shown below.

Click on the "Select Site" drop down menu and select your site. Even if you only have one site, you will still have to select it from the drop down.

When you have selected your site, you can click Search which will show you all transactions.

If you cannot see any Site from the drop down, you can contact the Admin account holder or if you don't have an Admin Account holder, you can contact the Support team here.

Likewise, if you cannot see any data, you can contact the Support team here and we will rectify the issue for you.
