When I try to reset my IDVision Console Password, I receive an Error

When resetting your IDVision Console Password, please navigate to "Forgot your password?" on the Log In Screen and proceed to enter your email.

When you enter your Email address and press "Reset Password", you should see a pop up message on the right hand side identical to the one below. You will shortly receive an Email with password reset details.

If you happen to receive the error below after pressing "Reset Password":

Please contact your Account Administrator to ensure you are set up correctly. If you receive this error you will not be sent an Email with the password reset details.
