I am a Account Administrator and I want to Deactivate a User.

Log into the IDVision Console and on the left hand side click the settings tab. From the pop up, select Manage Users.

You will now be able to see the Merchant Fraud Analysts for your site. Below is an example of an activated user: 

Please Note: You cannot see another Admin account to edit. If you need an Admin account altered, please contact the support team here.

To Deactivate a user, click on "Deactivate" and a pop up will appear as follows: 

The user is now deactivated. Below is an example of a deactivated user.
